"Understand the connection between your customers!"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo enables you to monitor consumer visits and select items, links, or a selection of pages on the list. It was really useful for finding out whether or not clients are going to follow the desired product, and if not, where they are actually happening. It has helped my group to quickly and easily incorporate UX enhancements. Several of the monitoring attributes are passive; I may arranged a guideline or filter and to just wait for the information to appear.

"Super useful for guides, just OK for analytics"

What do you like best about Pendo? I like that I can build my own custom groups within Pendo of types of users. Dealing with the Resource center has been easy for our UX designer. I personally haven't designed much but the UX seemed easy enough

"Excellent Onboarding Solution - Love It!"

What do you like best about Pendo? Usually, onboarding is not something that many companies want to devote a lot of time to. It's been a massive change with Pendo providing the ability to easily check various ideas and evaluate user data. The business team had to stick with an original idea of onboarding before irrespective of how it worked, and we still get to formulate strategies much more often.
