I always repeatedly referred with our own customer services department as a template for how things proceed. The positive engagement we provide onboarding and ongoing assistance is also something. What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is developed for brand managers and offers real, value + quantitative feedback, which is what I classify as customer competency assessment. The best part is the easy way to get up and running that minimizes my efforts to develop and execute. In less than 1 hour, I was able to train my Consumer Managers and Researchers on how to label, Generate Reports. What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo offers great tools to analyze every aspect of how your customers use your product at nearly every level. It also provides a great way to communicate through in-app help and new feature messaging to your clients without having to code them directly into your program.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has a lot to like about. Currently, with the occasional marketing guide, we're only using the Guides to let people know about future maintenance and releases. That said, we plan to leverage Pendo even more, with more feature tips, etc., to boost our product marketing practices. Usage data is beneficial, and it is excellent that NPS surveys can be run automatically. In terms of trends, behaviours, retention, there is also a ton of functionality.
