"Pendo helps our small team be extremely efficient!"

What do you like best about Pendo? The analytics are invaluable to our product team. Tracking usage, especially with newly released features, helps us make intentional decisions. The Guides along with the Resource Center has saved our tiny Helpdesk team hours of email and phone communication. The ability to customize the guides based on user types allows us to get more personal with our users, and they love that.

"Incredibly useful tool"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is extremely useful for our day to day business. It's made communicating with our customers easy as well as providing awesome analytics. Support is easy to reach and very knowledgable. Takes a little upfront time investment to learn how to use the platform but overall would highly recommened.

"Useful tool for quick feedback/announcements, very helpful support team"

What do you like best about Pendo? I've asked direct help of the Pendo support team at least three times now, as the support pages have not been enough to confirm how to do what I wanted, and I've found each of them to be very responsive, friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
