What do you like best about Pendo? Fairly simple to use and you get all the data from the beginning even if you haven't tagged elements. I also like that it syncs with our user info via a Salesforce sync

"Quick to setup, easy to use"

What do you like best about Pendo? Ability to tag pages and features without the need to code custom events. There's no need for tracking and measurement user stories with each project, although if you want to implement custom events this becomes necessary.

"Useful tool for quick feedback/announcements, very helpful support team"

What do you like best about Pendo? I've asked direct help of the Pendo support team at least three times now, as the support pages have not been enough to confirm how to do what I wanted, and I've found each of them to be very responsive, friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
