"Pendo is a game changer for Product teams"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo was easy to set up, and enables our Product team to self-serve for user analytics, segmentation, and in-app messaging and polling. The Product, CX, UX, and Marketing teams have all found Pendo to be a valuable tool in our tool box.

"Love it! Makes my life so much easier!"

What do you like best about Pendo? Ease of use, account rep is extremely helpful. I use it for NPS primarily. I love being able to see the customer feedback in one easy to use dashboard. I also love Pendo for the in-app pop ups and Resource Center that we have created inside of our own product. This has helped us to increase product adoption, and I know our customers love it! All in all, I highly recommend Pendo for anyone that is looking to improve their overall customers' experience.

What do you like best about Pendo? Ability to tag pages and features without the need to code custom events. There's no need for tracking and measurement user stories with each project, although if you want to implement custom events this becomes necessary.
