What do you like best about Pendo? The in-depth analytics are available for us to review overall product usage as well as more specific feature usage on our web apps. Visitor and Account-level data help us evaluate and be alerts on high-risk users as well as expansion opportunities.

"Love it! Makes my life so much easier!"
What do you like best about Pendo? Ease of use, account rep is extremely helpful. I use it for NPS primarily. I love being able to see the customer feedback in one easy to use dashboard. I also love Pendo for the in-app pop ups and Resource Center that we have created inside of our own product. This has helped us to increase product adoption, and I know our customers love it! All in all, I highly recommend Pendo for anyone that is looking to improve their overall customers' experience.
