What do you like best about Pendo? Connection between data and feedback given by customers. So you can A) close the feedback loop and B) sort feedback by customer value ur user data in general eg. power user

What do you like best about Pendo? We are using Pendo mainly for our onboarding guides & tooltips. Pendo has a lot of options, from tooltips, to modals and guided tours. Apart from that, there are a lot of still unexplored features that look very promising, such as the data analytics part and the heatmaps.

What do you like best about Pendo? I work mainly with our in-app messaging to users and pendo makes that a more synced experience. Being able to set up triggers and segments to communicate with our customers has increased our engagement within the app, and show us the numbers behind the scenes as well.

What do you like best about Pendo? The Product team has full control over on-going tracking and guides. Once Pendo has been integrated, Engineering support isn't required. When you decide to start tracking particular pages or features, Pendo will display all historical data for the page/feature from when you first set Pendo up on your system. This drives better decisions instantly, without needing to wait to collect future data.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo works retroactively - once the tracking code is installed, all clicks are tracked, even if you haven't figured out where you need tracking.
