What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is incredibly intuitive and easy to use both with in-app guidance for our users and with internal analytics. We're finding insights to our product that we've never had before, and we don't need any engineering to help us do it!

When I was looking around for the right one to use, I loved that I could include Full Story into Pendo for a more visual interpretation of what was happening with our clients.
