It is an effective tool to analyze product progress and analyze, it also allows you to work directly on the website, it is a very easy to use tool and shows great results, it also has the ability to share critical information with our customers on the product, it also offers good analysis and administration capabilities and pages that provide different types of data.

What do you like best about Pendo? The UI and layout is very user friendly once you get up and running. As a PM Im able to track actions and clicks I want without the need for engineering in most cases. The benefit of retroactive analytics has helped me when working on parts of the software that are older and did not have as robust of analytics.

"Excellent for in-app notification, good for product analytics too"

What do you like best about Pendo? It's very easy to create guides and in-app notifications for your users without needing any Engineering involvement (outside of initial setup). I also like using the Analytics functionality to track activity through page views and clicks.
