What do you like best about Pendo? I think that Pendo is a fantastic tool to track and analyze usage data. It allows us to pull data and create reports quickly, divide users by segments with endless possibilities of customization, and also get in touch with our users by creating announcement dialogs and step-by-step guides. I think every Designer can leverage Pendo to make their process better.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has really expanded their support for mobile product guides and analytics in the last year. What do you dislike about Pendo?

What do you like best about Pendo? I really enjoy the ease of data discovery, with features like paths, funnels and trends. I also LOVE the new experience of adding users/defining roles. As an admin who needs to provision users with all different types of needs, the ability to customize who can do what this design is amazing. The UI is helpful, clear and tells me exactly what I need to know so there is no confusion around what I am allowing a user to do. Props to your team for this update.

What do you like best about Pendo? Prior to Pendo, we had no way of notifying our users about upcoming feature launches or providing product training within our application. With Pendo, we can launch in-app announcements and guides to ensure our users can learn while working and improve the adoption of our products. Pendo is very easy to integrate and all the analytic stats given by Pendo is super helpful to analysis of out features and understand user flow in much more detail and figure out how user is interacted and how we lost user after certain feature. Pendo logs can provide lot of attributes along with each analytical report and we can see the status of the user right there.
