"Wonderful, real-time way to assess and engage employees"

What do you like best? Real-time scores. Doesn't overwhelm managers as much as other processes which can be like drinking from a firehose. I also love that it can help managers focus--instead of just giving a team or a manager a score there is a more specific score rolling up from the driver to help with the focus and where energy should be spent.

What do you like best? Peakon is really insightful and gives you data for different segments i.e. age groups, pay brackets, gender, etc. It allows employees to voice their thoughts anonymously about an array of topics.

"Amazing interactive engagement tool"

What do you like best? That team which is working on Peakon is amazingly supportive from the first moment you contact them. The tool itself it's easy to understand and give employees a chance to share their thoughts openly and for managers - picture of what works well and what should be improved and the best of this tool is it gives you proposal how you can improve. Tool is developing fast having content analysis etc.

"Awesome product, awesome support"

What do you like best? The ability for managers to take responsibility for their own team engagement, the ease at driving action and sharing results. The account manager support is very good.
