What do you like best? The Peakon team continuously deploys new features and therewith develops the product always further. They also take customer feedback seriously and integrate it in their product roadmap. The service level is one of the highest I've ever seen: The team answers immediately and is eager to solve my challenges - well done!

What do you like best? Very easy to navigate the site. To have a summary of Key Drivers of engagement front and center when you login on the dashboard is great. Every week our dashboard is presented to our leadership team giving them an overview of highs/lows. We shut off all questions for a week and substituted them with Covid-19 questions to a get feedback from our employees how we were responding to their concerns.

What do you like best? Peakon's team is by far the best! Knowledgeable, always available, proactive and eager to improve, they offer great customer service. User friendly and easy to read, their dashboard is very useful and clear. The heatmap/segments is by far our favorite tool.

What do you like best? Peakon is a simple to use platform for engaging and measuring the performance of the company. Much of the effort lies in very simple steps to build and maintain the database, once that is done and released to our employees, we get "simple" to use insights into the areas where there is room for improvement.
