It is never a chore completing a survey, so we find we get high uptake. Because people can see their own results dashboard (to see their own responses and sentiment over time) and because Peakon has a great feedback loop where it is easy for managers to 'acknowledge' comments or even reply, responders believe their feedback ...

There are situation in which the employee is not comfortable with certain conversation topics. Peakon helps the employee by giving the option to be frank,
