"Insightful Engagement Measurement"

What do you like best about Workday Peakon Employee Voice? I love how you can see responses by experience cycle, including recent terminations. It is also great how leaders can respond directly to comment anonymously and that administrators can see that conversation. The interface is easy to navigate and has depth of insight. The more you explore, the more you get out of it.I also love the digest emails that get sent with recent comments during a survey cycle.
