What do you like best? Their Security is well structured and also the Employee conversation is very helpful it minimize the use of email and also if there is an mistake we can find easily who got the problem. There are many more to explain but I guess you should try to experience.

What do you like best? The power of regression analysis to identify the key engagement priority areas rather than just the areas that are performing worse.

What do you like best? The survey is easy to fill out. Questions are randomised so each respondent gets a different selection each week. Interesting benchmarking system.

"Use this tool now..."

What do you like best? The whole concept with employee satisfaction is disrupted and insetad we talk about engagement. Instead of a yearly survey, we continuously monitor engagement. This itself creates energy and motivation and it allows managers to act and correct now and not in a year...
