What do you like best? For me it's the ability to segment results considerably. This allows you to really delve down into issues and identify what improvements need to be made and where. I also like that we can set it to be so frequent so it can really act as a pulse checker.

"Measuring Employee Satisfaction!"

What do you like best? I love peakon. I've had a great experience with it so far. I have never had to deal with web-forms to get my employees' feedbacks. Neither have I have ever had to deal with manually scavenging through data to draw conclusions because Peakon does it all for me.

What do you like best? It provides great report generation features which helps in generating interactive surveys which can get into the specifics to see if the functionalities are actually good. It's very easy to implement and has a very impressive dashboard.

What do you like best? Jobs can be stressful, so it is very important for a manager to focus on employees' satisfaction. Great employee morale improves their productivity and the workplace environment.
