If I could rate this zero I would. It’s a scam and when you try to call them you can’t reach anyone. It seems very legit until the end when you’ve already given all your information. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Don't use this disreputable company
Don't use this disreputable company! My company sent me a link to PDFRun to complete a W-9... only to find out at the end you must sign up and pay a membership fee before you can print or send forms. There is no mention of a fee before this point in the process. Ummm, can you say bait and switch!? Now I'm kicking myself, and genuinely concerned about identity theft as I have entered my personal info including ssn. Super sketchy.

I don't know about selling information…
I don't know about selling information or stealing your information, but they are certainly MISLEADING and TRICKY. If you are charging for your service, then SAY IT!, don't waste my time in getting me to spend 45 minutes on your site and then ask for money.
