What do you like best about PCRecruiter? PCR can be as basic or as involved as the user wants or needs it to be. All the different functions make it an all-inclusive ATS. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? Some of the help topics in the PCR Learning Center need to be updated or reviewed for correctness. The training hours in the beginning were difficult, too. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The system doesn't keep giving you the same candidates applications for exactly the same jobs. Most other systems allow multiple repeat applications. Also every part of it is customisable, so you can adapt the pipeline and every other part to suit your business. Oh and the support and the look and feel of it. "Amazing Software"

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I love how you can easily access all of your candidates information via the web or on your cellphone using the convenient PCRecruiter App. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? I cannot think of anything right now. I love PCR. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? We are not having any issues at this point in time. I love the rollup feature. It is a great way to schedule a call list for my recruiters.

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Being able to delegate tedious tasks to AI is amazing. I'm an IR, which means I am always doing database work. PCR has made it extremely easy to import data, go through call sheets, and set up plans for our Recruiters. Also, the support team is top-notch and is always listening to their users. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? PCR's automatic tracking that you can enable or disable of any activity you want is incredible. I've used several others, even tried out many for an office that I was designated as the set up person, and nothing organizes better or reduces the amount of work and data organization a recruiter needs to do better than PCR. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The user interface. The design was easy to use. The cost per month for a subscription was reasonable. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? "Upgrades" were anything but. Bulk mail service stopped functioning out of thin air over a weekend, followed by complete system failure to even allow users to log in to their database despite the status box showing "Normal" and there was NO ONE available...not even a second party answering service, that was ...
