What do you like best? PCR is very easy to use and they have excellent training and tech support. What do you dislike? I haven't come across anything yet. I will update my review if that changes. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Database is easily customized for user preference. Great customer service with any issues that come up. What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? No easy tracking of source of info (candidates) that come in. What problems is PCRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? All client and candidate placement data in one place for metrics.

Poor integration with QuickBooks Online for perm placement. I'd like them to prioritize this integration.
