What do you like best about PCRecruiter? PCR is very intuitive and easy to use. Very easily picked up What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? "Gets the job done well, but could be more intuitive "

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The ability to import from social media and job boards is huge. I like the pipeline setup a lot and how it can be imported into quick books What do you dislike about PCRecruiter? the fact that customizing reports always causes a glitch or that roll up codes and pipeline codes don't match up, requires duplicate coding all over the place Recommendations to others considering PCRecruiter: having live refresh pages for pipeline and roll up / pipeline ...

"Does what is needed, but I really miss SalesForce"

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? It has some cool features where you can send an email that will delete itself where you can see when it is viewed, but our team has not been trained on how to use the feature. It does effecitvely store information for candidate interviews and the text is search queryable. They have recently implemented a feature where you can click on a resume based on a key word search that is highlighted in the resume which is nice. What do you dislike about ...

"PCR makes connecting with clients and candidates extremely easy!"

What do you like best about PCRecruiter? The best way to reach someone in my experience, be it client or candidate, is to call AND email them. Some people check voicemail, some don't, and others just text. With the rollup shortcut numbers, I can choose between 20 different custom emails that I've written, personalized to the individual, and send it with literally one click. I usually have my recruiting or marketing email sent before I'm done leaving the voicemail, then with one click on the ...
