"Great ATS System"

What do you like best? I am impressed with the ease of use and over all functionality of the platform. It servers multiple purposes and has a robust menu of options. What do you dislike? At times navigating back to the home page can be a bit confusing, especially when you have multiple windows open. I find this to be a minor inconvenience however. "Effecient and saves time."

What do you like best? Advanced searches are a great way to find what you need, either by zip code, occupation, etc What do you dislike? When doing a rollup I can't see the entire screen causing me to toggle back and forth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Searching our database for candidates reducing the number of ads needed to be placed on other platforms. Great cost savings for me.

"Good software for recruiting teams"

What do you like best? PCR has good integrations with our other software tools. RingCentral, LinkedIn, zoominfo. What do you dislike? Search could be made easier if they could work to enable some semantic search. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Works well for integrated teams. Keeps us from bumping into each other when recruiting.

What do you like best? PCRecruiter has all of the functionality a small business and mid size business would need to manage their recruitment process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The connectability with job posting websites. The KEYWORD searches find what I am looking for by combining keywords with operators (or modifiers) such as AND, NOT and OR to further produce more relevant results. This allows me to seek most qualified candidates quicker. The option to send bulk emails is also a great feature. I noticed this morning that the option to post jobs to Facebook can be done. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? PCR is overall very customizable which makes you able to adjust it to your needs. It really can do almost anything you can think of or think would be a good resource/option to have. I like that it functions in a way that makes searching easy. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? Level of organization that makes it possible to categorize candidates according to their experience level, location, and details such as education received. What do you like best about PCRecruiter? I enjoy the search functionality of PCR. I enjoy that it integrates with other platforms including Gmail and LinkedIn. I think it has a lot of potential and it's more powerful than the functions I use it for. I like that it has options of different screen colours and profiles.
