Spotsaas Editor’s POV

pCloud has been my go-to storage solution for over a year now. I love that it works flawlessly across my phone, tablet, and laptop, and the fact that I can pay once for lifetime storage is a huge win. It’s super easy to upload and organize my files, and the built-in media player makes streaming videos or music really smooth. I did end up paying extra for the ...Read more

pCloud pros and cons

  • pCloud offers seamless access across all major platforms—Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and web—making it convenient for users to manage files from any device, at any time.

  • One of the few cloud services offering lifetime storage options, pCloud appeals to users seeking long-term value without recurring subscription costs.

  • With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.

  • pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.

  • Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

  • pCloud does not integrate natively with document editing tools like Google Docs or Microsoft Office, making it less suited for collaborative content creation.

What do you like best? The team behind pCloud, they are looking for more ways to improve the service, and really take care about users and their opinion. Media player it's a plus, awesome way to see the videos and pictures uploaded, being able to show your last trip to your friends without the need of carrying a pendrive with you. Best cloud service out there

What do you like best? pCloud is one of the few cloud services that provide a very nice cross platform experience. It can also work in sync mode, where all your files are on your PC, or the normal cloud mode which saves you space by keeping files only in the cloud. What do you dislike? Nothing really, some bugs here and there but the team is very active and ready to help. Recommendations to others considering the product Just try it, you won't regret it. What business problems are you ...

Secure, Simple and a pleasant surprise.

What do you like best? With almost 12GB of free memory made available instantly and nearly 15 GB obtainable the lure is almost irresistible to try it out. Slow uploads are an issue for me, but pCloud install as a mounted drive, so drag and drop is a breeze. Its simple and understandable but what is under the hood does an amazing job at making itself an unnoticeable staple to your online life. I work remotely and keeping up to date on file versions is important. Combined with MultCloud, the ...
