Excellent service, very easy to use and more natural than Dropbox or OneDrive : no bells and whistles, no confusing not-so-user-friendly stuff, only what matters, accessible from any place. The lifetime plan is a great value for money.I also had to request help from their Support, and was delighted with a clear and decisive answer.

I have had several "learning issues"…

I have had several "learning issues" with my new cloud drive from pCloud, even a couple of "dumb mistakes" where I thought I had lost everything (I did not). EVERY TIME I reached out for assistance the pCloud support team was quick to respond with the appropriate resolution to each emergency.... and their responses are very quick, usually within an hour by email--sometimes faster. pCloud is an amazing cloud storage service. I have tried many storage providers over the years. I was a paid subscriber of OneDrive, Google Drive, Drop Box. Even I had paid subscriptions on Thunderdrive and Icedrive which are newcomers started this year. Beware!

Beware!, if you opt to pay monthly and backup all your files you will then get a surprise, they are now blocking monthly payments now they have all your data and bakups and try to force you to subscribe yearly or for a lifetime subscription holding your data to ransom. Amazing Service

I bought one-month Premium Plus 2 TB to try how is this service. That was an amazing experience for me. Easy-to-use interface or creating virtual drive instead of using a local drive made me excited.At first, I was really happy. pCloud is not fit for Business use

pCloud is not fit for Business use. If you are considering relying on it as a business service, do not! On top of the many issues stated above, there is nothing to stop more than 1 person opening and editing a file simultaneously thereby overwriting each others work – quite a basis feature for a business team offering. Great product. Lots of free space given. Was easy to transfer files from Dropbox. iOS app works great. A feature I have requested is not yet available. Yet it’s not a deal breaker. As I keep using this product. I see that it will be my go to storage.
