This looked good. 2 TB of storage, backup everything and there is a wordpress plug-in too so I can backup my websites. The reality turned out to be far less attractive. First, everything went wrong, files disappeared and then also vanished form my HD. Support asked for screenshots (!!!) They tried to blame me by saying I was trying to back up my entire home folder. Après avoir acheté le service à vie pour 2 TO, j'utilise ce service depuis le mois de mai 201.J'ai eu un tout petit souci au début de poubelle qui ne se vidait pas, mais qui à été très vite réglé par la Hotline.Depuis, ce n'est que du bonheur !Par contre, j'espère que cela va durer dans le temps, car proposer un service "à vie" n'apporte pas les ressources nécessaires au maintien des serveurs dans le temps. C'est ma seule inquiétude.
