Très bon cloud, affichage des tailles des dossiers perfectible

Très bon cloud et des personnes du SAV toujours disponibles pour vous aider au mieux. Pour moi le seul point perfectible serait l'affichage de la taille des dossiers qui n'apparait pas toujours (Mac) et peut induire en erreur sur le volume de fichiers transférés. Cela m'a amené à faire des réclamations car mes dossiers et sous dossiers semblaient vides, alors que les fichiers étaient bien présents dans le derniers sous dossier de l'arborescence.

I'm here of course because of a bad experience. Generally pcloud has worked well for me over the 1.5 years I've been using it (2TB lifetime deal). Generally it works well but I'm currently in the midest of my second major hiccup with them. First was pcloud capping my 2TB alloance of monthly downloads, even though it stated that my use was well below the 2TB cap. What do you like best? I signed up for a lifetime account so no monthly fee What do you dislike? Everything is stored in the cloud not as a synced drive on computer (although you can choose to sync files and folders) so it’s not quite as easy to use as Dropbox but much better value What problems are you solving with the product?
