Courteous and prompt service.
Lately I had a problem with an update not installing properly. I wrote to customer support. They answered me quickly (in less than 48 hours) with a solution. Courteous and prompt service.

Bonjour,J'utilise l'application depuis un an avec un excellent résultat. L'application CLOUD est parfaite en partage de documents et en stockage d'information même criptées.Ce dimanche je viens de l'installer sur un nouveau PC et je suis enchanté d'avoir pu avoir le SAV avec une solution efficace pour résoudre mes difficultés.Merci la maintenance.Guy

Très satisfaite du service PCLOUD
Très satisfaite du service PCLOUD. Aucun problème. La seule intervention que j'ai faite était due à une erreur de ma part mais on a repondu très rapidement à ma demande d'aide et de manière professionnelle et sympathique.Je recommande PCLOUD à ceux qui ne l'ont pas encore,Un serveur européen serait bien sûr souhaitable.

*GERMAN REVIEW BELOW*For years now I have been a happy, paying customer of pCloud. This is gonna change.After I reported a potential Security / Privacy breach (the pCloud statistics displayed downloads of files I didn't know about) support replies with memorized one-liners rather than addressing my problem / investigating the issue.Consider this: pCloud (or a third party!) created download links in my account and I suddenly had about 300 downloads of private files I never shared in any way! ...

Faster than most cloud storage…
Faster than most cloud storage providers, especially when using Crypto. This has always slowed down other services I have used but pCloud barely slows down.Simple install on PC and Android and syncing is working fine. I have been syncing a 250 folder over 3 reboots without a problem and pCloud adjusts for online data usage from other programs and scales back accordingly.Support has been fast and efficient, Viktor and the team have been great. Awesome product.
