Génial, tout mes fichiers centralisés et un plaisir d' avoir pu retrouver mes fichiers et ce malgré la migration des US vers l' UEUne parfaite intégration avec Windows et les mobilesAttention cependant, si on veut faire un tres gros téléversement, et dans le cas de l utilisation d' un SSD, toujours le faire avec un navigateur sinon le SSD va être réquisitionné pour le cache

Bonjour ,client pendant 3 ans, j'ai été très satisfait du service. Je l'utilisais surtout pour la sauvegarde de mes vidéos familiales et donc je ne me connectais pas trop souvent. Je faisais un paiement annuel avec une E-carte. A chaque date anniversaire, je recevais un mail m'indiquant que mon paiement avait échoué, normal. Et à chaque fois je refaisais le paiement. Support reagiert nicht!! Datenregion von USA nach Europa ändern
Vor 4 Tagen habe ich eine Änderung meiner Datenregion von USA nach Europa beantragt. Seitdem hängt der Antrag in der "Warteschlange". Ich habe das dem Support mitgeteilt. Da der Support nicht antwortet, nutze ich dieses Portal, um mir (hoffentlich) mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu verschaffen und eine brauchbare Antwort zu erhalten!!

Problema risolto, ottimo servizio cloud
Dopo aver subito un furto della mia mail gmail, e dopo che mi hanno rubato l'account cloud, facendomelo bloccare non si sa come, l'assistenza eccellente della pcloud ha risolto il problema in 4 giorni, che dire, un servizio da sogno, ve lo consiglio proprio.

Best cloud storage site!
Was able to snag a Lifetime 2TB plan with pCloud with their Canada Day deal.I had seen their advertising for awhile, been watching the price and was always on the fence. Why? There are so many cloud storage companies out there, and some seem to be fly-by-night operations where you can't really tell if they will be around long. Outstanding costumer support AND really nice folks. Their lifetime packages are unbeatable.
I am the kind of person that really takes his time researching and then waiting to make sure. It has always served me well. This product is everything you want. Fast, reliable and very secure. There are a couple options out there with a little more ease as far as the interface but you will not get the outstanding costumer support this company gives you AND really nice. Their lifetime packages are unbeatable. Just go for it!
