pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.

Après plusieurs déboires avec dropbox (données supprimées intempestivement par eux, sans espoir de les récupérer), j'utilise maintenant pCloud depuis plus d'un an sur plusieurs postes et je suis TRÉS satisfait de ce service.L'utilisation est simple, complète et transparente.L'aide est complète et claireEt en cas (rare) de soucis, l'équipe est réactive et efficace. Merci à eux.

Je recommande. Cloud provenant d'une société suisse et bon rapport qualité-prix surtout lors de l'achat à vie. Petit bémol, il y a une demande à faire afin que les fichiers soient stockés en Europe et non aux États-Unis par défaut.

Totalement satisfait de PCloud
Ayant essayé Pcloud en gratuit, j'ai assez rapidement décidé de prendre un forfait Lifetime 2 To. Et je viens même de prendre l'option Crypto. Je n'en avais pas vraiment besoin mais c'est une manière de récompenser leurs équipes.Je ne le regrette absolument pas. Pcloud est de loin le meilleur service de ce genre. Il reste des améliorations à faire bien-sûr pour permettre notamment d'utiliser Pcloud comme on utilisait Google photos. Ce n'est pas encore tout à fait équivalent mais cela s'en ...

You may lose all your files and they'll blame you
I lose all my files without any reason overnight. I was shocked as all my work in the past few years was on pCloud. Their promised Rewind function doesn't work.Their support guy immediately blame me for manually deleting my own file, then delete them again in the trash folder, which need to be confirmed twice.This is impossible as I just save my PowerPoint slide, went to bed, then woke up again to find that everything is gone. J'ai fait appel deux fois au service…
J'ai fait appel deux fois au service client de pCloud, on m'a répondu à chaque fois efficacement. Et surtout, quelque temps pas tard, on est revenu vers moi pour savoir si tout était réglé. Le deuxième problème était lié à mon nouveau Mac avec processeur M1 qui nécessitait une mise à jour du logiciel pCloud Drive. Ça a été fait, on m'a prévenu et maintenant tout roule.

Best of the bunch
Best of the bunch - I've tried lots of cloud services including Dropbox, Google and Backblaze, and frankly still use all of them and pay for Google and Backblaze because I like redundancy in storage as well as Google docs. pCloud is far and away the best, due to its pricing and primarily its application (I run it on a Mac). It just does exactly what you'd want it to do. Support is also great.

Unlikely winner amidst big names
I have been a user since 2017 and I am very satisfied with nimbleness and user friendliness of the app and the website. I have bought the lifetime account last year I am at peace knowing I dont need another cloud service for redundancy. Keep up the good work *thumbs*

Incredible service
I've been a very satisfied pCloud customer for three years or so, but just after Christmas last year, I started having problems with the App on my MacBook (Intel chip) after downloading the latest version of iOs (Big Sur). After emailing pCloud, I received correspondence back from a Chris who patiently talked me through the problem and a fix at their end. This took some time but after around 20 emails back and forth, I now have access to my pCloud files again in the Finder menu. This is ...

pCloud is a dishonest and untrustworthy company. This is quite sad because while their product appears good, if one cannot trust a company then how can you trust that your data is private and secure. Additionally, they sell expensive “lifetime” accounts- the entire basis of which is trust- so if you cannot trust them then you shouldn’t expect them to support a so-called “lifetime” account for a decent period of time.Their terms of service essentially state that they can do whatever they ...
