One of the few cloud services offering lifetime storage options, pCloud appeals to users seeking long-term value without recurring subscription costs.
With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

Der Kundendienst als miserabel ich habe es immerhin bis zu einer Fall Nummer gebracht, aber danach stoppt die Kommunikation und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst so wird die Firma keine zehn Jahre halten ich muss also 245 € also in den Sand gesetzt abschreiben das ist die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich mit einem Service diese Art überhaupt je gemacht habe habe, Also ich kann nur alle Interessenten warnen

Très fiable, mais ...
Je suis passé à Pcloud après bien des déboires avec Dropbox. Pcloud marche très bien, rapide et fiable. Je retire une étoile car, malgré les 10 € que je paye tous les mois, une fenêtre de pub m'a sauté à la figure il y a deux semaines. Je n'ai pas apprécié du tout. Et je viendrai retirer une étoile à chaque fois que cela se produira.

J'utilise Pcloud depuis quelques mois
J'utilise Pcloud depuis quelques mois, et j'ai eu un soucis de mise à jour.Le SAV est ultra réactif et a solutionné le problème en moins de 2 !Une offre à vie de 500go à ce prix là et avec un super SAV en prime, mais qui fait mieux ?

they deleted my account
they deleted my account and all its content.edit: pcloud has now accused me of uploading illegal things, but that's not the case. my account was a free account that I haven't logged in for over a year. I used it as backup my family photos/videos. there was important, unreplaceable things on it.also, no one wants to read TOS, it's too long. you should make it clear upon joining that the account will be deleted after some inactive time.

pCloud wonderful support
I'm quite new with pCloud, but the first approach with the support team was amazing, they solved a problem related to folder sharing (EU or US account) and that was brilliant !I'll update this review once i'll deeply use pCloud app.Thank you !

Fast and reliable cloud provider for backup
I really liked the way pcloud backed up my entire OneDrive literally over 200 GB of data. Very reliable and so far has been a seamless experience. Very cost effective solution to back up as well. Thank you pCloud team!

Un service + une interface + un tarif/promo + des fonctionnalités additionnelles : to-pi-ssimes !!!Je viens de commander 500go et je peux dire que je suis ra-vi.Reste plus qu'à travailler le support client...Lors de ma commande, je ne sais pas dire ce qui s’est passé, peut-être/surement une mauvaise manipulation de ma part, bref je suis débité de 2 transactions : 122,50€ le prix de ma commande avec l'offre Saint Valentin, puis 1 minute après une seconde transaction de 125€. Great service app
Great service app! Only thing is I can’t use it with Nplayer. I use it on my iPhone. And with a app like infuse I can connect it. But with Nplayer I give it permission and then nothing. No files of folders. And everything is 0. Id:0
