Problème de non accès à certains fichiers

Problème de non accès à certains fichiers à partir de pcloud sur Mac alors que ceux ci sont tous accessibles sous W10. Le support à très rapidement répondu à mon problème (moins de 24h). Le problème venait des caractères accentués dans les noms de fichiers créés sous W10 et non reconnus sou Mac OS. Très bon support et très réactif. Bravo

After some searching, I discovered pCloud three quarters of a year ago (estimate!).The pCloud works with a simple system that almost always works flawlessly.But: ìf a problem arises, it is very easy and pleasant to get in touch with one of the employees of pCloud.What I personally find very positive: you get in touch with an employee and until the problem is solved you stay with the same employee. That gives you peace of mind and confidence. Definitely.

Le problème était une absence…

Le problème était une absence d'affichage des fichiers demandés, une page vide s'affichait, alors qu'ils étaient présent dans l'appli télephone. Ça a permis d'incriminer firefox. Après désinstallation et réinstallation de ce dernier le problème a été résolu. Hotline très présente et efficace.

Was aber viel entscheidender ist: Man kann eine Rechnung wohl nur 10 Tage lang downloaden und kriegt danach nur noch einen Zahlungsbeleg auf dem steht:"This document should be used as an acknowledgment confirming the payment for a service. It cannot be used for tax purposes."Weil ich meine Rechnungen nicht sofort bearbeite, soll ich die 350 € nicht von der Steuer ...

Réactivité du SAV = TOP !

Pour mon utilisation sous licence depuis les DomTom, et ayant essayé plusieurs solutions Cloud, je suis pleinement satisfait de l'application et surtout de la réactivité du SAV. J'ai eu un petit problème de synchro à la mise en service du système de sauvegarde (dû principalement à un gros volume de données à transférer avec un xDSL capricieux), il les solutions proposées ont été rapides, techniques et précises et surtout ont répondues à mon problème. Top ! Christophe

SAV PCloud excellent

Suite à un léger dysfonctionnement concernant l'ouverture de certains de mes fichiers, le sav de pcloud m'a répondu dans l'heure, et a solutionné mon problème. Je ne possède pourtant que la version de base gratuite de pcloud. Selon mon expérience, la concurrence n'en fait pas autant
