Crypto Drive Doesn't Work as Advertised
I purchased two 2TB plans over Black Friday, plus Crypto Drive encryption on one. Since then, I cannot get the Crypto Drive to work properly (where I have been focusing).I was planning on uploading my 1TB+ archive on pCloud, in the Crypto Drive, to ensure end-to-end encryption. Unfortunately, what is not advertised, and not in any review I have seen is that Crypto Drive can only upload in small chunks (recommended < 5GB). Great, but missing features that would make it fantastic
Pros- Sync multiple folders on your computer (without needing to move them into a sync folder)- A mounted drive on your computer for easy access to non-synced cloud storage (as well as synced folders)- Block-level syncing (only upload changes to a file instead of the whole file)- Branded links and file requests- End-to-end encryption available ('Crypto Folder')- Lifetime plans offering great valueCons (with competitor offerings I'm aware of that have these features missing from pCloud)- ...

pCloud lockt mit attraktiven Preisen bei den Lifetime-Angeboten. Impossible to contact pCloud.
Impossible to reach customer service by telephone, number immediately says "Caller on the other line," always. It is a lie. (They have the integrity of a Swiss banker - money is all that counts) Tried many many times at different times of the day. Why list a telephone number on their website if it isn't possible to use it?!?!? Email is only possible communication. Pcloud good product and good support
Pcloud has very good products. I have a 2TB/life time now. Until recently I used a free plan for years that work well too.I have experienced very goos support when I accdently got the wrong product. So very happy with company

Happy customer.
I took the plunge and switched from Dropbox ( free ) to the lifetime plan for 500gb offered at Black Friday. I mainly use "the cloud" for sending photos I take with my phone towards my pc and to share the occasional file or archives with friends and that works just fine. I also uploaded all my pictures ( 120gb ) that I now sync with my pc. I must say that I was a bit afraid to do this after reading some reviews here so I still do a double backup on my pc.
