pCloud and its support

I’ve tried the pCloud product and service for the first time. And when I faced some questions about pCloud - Felix, technical support specialist, was able to answer all the questions in a very polite way. So, I can recommend pCloud as a reliable company, that provides very convenient and highly secured service. And what is also very important for the cloud storage service - pCloud has a support team that really works and is interested in solving the issues and problems faced by customers.

I wanted to transfer away from Google Drive, due to Google having access to all my files and costing 12 euro a month! I took a lifetime family subscription with pCloud and could not to be happier. I have had no need at all to contact support, everything just works great on ios/android/windows 10. The automatic photo upload works just fine on both ios and android. I was able to share folders just fine. Personally I don't trust the Sync feature. I am sure its fine, but I use a free tool ...

I have tried many cloud storage providers, but pcloud is by far the best. Fast, reliable, very good software, cost effective, I could go on and on I use it on Windows, and the ease of using the P drive is so much better than anything the competetion has to offer, try it, I'm sure you will not regret it.

Good integration due to the fact it is… AppImage

Good integration due to the fact it is distributed as AppImage. No need to find .rpms or .debs or .tgzs. Nor it is discontinued as InSync was for OpenSuse (the old packges must be used, but who guarantees safety issues won't be a matter???)

I believe in redundancy therefore I have more than one cloud service, just in case. Last year one of these services which begins with a “B”, ends with a “X” and has an “O” in between lost or as they said “misplaced” 132.7GB of my stored info. In this same communique they requested I e-mail them. Now, one year later I’ve sent over one hundred e-mails asking for answers with none being responded to.
