With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

One of the best. (6 yrs of usage)
This is my first review, but I feel like after 6yrs of usage, they earned a review. Im quite a heavy user, use it for all my documents, and media, except the most sensitive ones (e.g. 2FA keys and exported passwords). I dont use the crypto add on (doesnt make sense imo: just create veracrypt volumes and upload those). I've tried almost all conceivable alternatives, however, I always came back so far. pCloud is an absolute must
pCloud is an absolute must! I've been using their services since July 2019, I only got one single connection problem for a few hours in 2,5 yrs, with apologies from pCloud. I now have a lifetime membership (with crypto account) and the cost is a bargain in a matter of a few years. For a while, I've kept a couple of maintream Gafa accounts, yet there is no need anymore, I much prefer this Swiss company. You can share easily, upload/download is faster, with access from mobile, sync, etc... ...

Great cloud solution with great customer support
We just purchased the family option from Pcloud. Not only we believe it is a good deal comparing to the Cloud leaders. The servers are in Europe and must follow the GDPR and they are better protected than the ones on US servers. Last and not least when we needed to contact the support, they were very reactive and guided us through and addressed our issue.

Excellent Service
I'm still learning what pCloud can do for me but so far, when I needed it, excellent support (Felix and Sherry) is there for me. I backup "general data" daily and have zero issues. I scan some 1.3 gig, 2k files, and 400+ folders for differences which only takes seconds to complete. My issue was with my monthly system backups using MS "wbadmin". Recently, my upload speeds fell to less than one Mbps (like point .1). This is a problem when your monthly backups are some 100+gig each and take ...
