pCloud offers access across all major platforms—Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and web—making it convenient for users to manage files from any device, at any time.
One of the few cloud services offering lifetime storage options, pCloud appeals to users seeking long-term value without recurring subscription costs.
With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud's zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.
pCloud does not integrate natively with document editing tools like Google Docs or Microsoft Office, making it less suited for collaborative content creation.

Dedicated and efficient team saved my account from being deleted by mistake!
Dedicated team, quick and efficient in dealing with any problems! I mistakenly pushed "delete account" while resetting my phone. I was desperate, as I thought my account and all the important documents in it would be now erased! I contacted the PCloud team, and they instantly solved the problem! Daniel and Felix have been extremely helpful, efficient and proactive! My documents are once again safe, my account is active! Thanks a lot to all the team! Keep up the good work! You are the best!

I was asked by pCloud support to write a review here after a successful problem resolution :-) The support replied to my emails after several hours with helpful points and info. I am satisfied with their work. They also assured me that i am eligible for 10-day money-back return policy, after I asked them. I had a problem with speeds, which I resolved mostly myself with extensive troubleshooting. Windows seems to bottleneck pCloud with one of its hidden setting. I set it up correctly and ...
