With its optional Crypto add-on, users can encrypt files on their device before upload—ensuring zero-knowledge privacy that even pCloud cannot access.
pCloud includes robust file versioning, allowing users to recover older file versions or undo unwanted changes—especially useful for collaborative projects or error recovery.
Unlike some competitors, pCloud’s zero-knowledge encryption is a paid add-on (pCloud Crypto), which may be a drawback for privacy-focused users on a budget.

Great customer support team
I have always received wonderful customer service a few times when I needed it. pCloud is something I hardly think about because it just works. It's one thing to be cross-platform, but for those who run Linux, pCloud is the best choice.

I have been using pCloud for almost a year now and changed from yearly subscription to lifetime 2T. I also uses other well known cloud storages, but pCloud is few steps ahead. Fast response from customer support. Built-in audio and video player work like a charm. Upload and download sync to cloud extremely fast. Very good pricing for the performance. Highly recommended.

pCloud is hands down best cloud storage
I have been using pCloud since a year plus now, as a paid customer and it has worked to be a best call on storage. I use it like a local drive, which works seamlessly (desktop client, mobile, browser) and has the fastest pipe for uploads and downloads, amongst the cloud storage providers ('Box' is equally good on speed but way expensive). Brilliant product, super helpful team
I bought a lifetime storage (500GB) with pCloud earlier this year and was able to transfer all my iCloud and Drive data to pCloud. I wanted lifetime storage at affordable rates and that’s when I read about pCloud on Twitter. Later, I read all about the company and was convinced. No complaints whatsoever. The customer service is great, the cloud storage is great, and their focus on privacy/encryption is definitely much appreciated! Very good pricing as well, and definitely worth the money! If you’re looking for a solid cloud storage service, then you won’t be disappointed.

The lifetime solution for your TB sized storage
This is the best cloud experience around there. 1-the price of the lifetime plan is comparable to what you pay yearly with other providers 2-quality of the synchronization, it is flawless 3-speed of reading : ex your photo album loads as if it was locally stored 4-stored in Europe, and nobody is generating tons of marketing indexes based on your personal data 5-the support team is skillful and available.
