Salve, in data 17 maggio ho ricevuto un prelievo, senza nessuna autorizzazione, su la mia carta prepagata pari ad un'importo di euro 58.00 con causale "PAYPRO 4480036888867 LETSEXTRACTM GB", per merce mai acquistata. Ho contattato la mia banca la quale mi dice che si tratta di un'acquisto di software. Non avendo mai acquistato niente del genere chiedo spiegazioni nonche la restituzione immediata della somma sul mio c/c, in quanto, a seguito del prelievo non autorizzato, sono anche stato ...

Return my money!!!

They issued me a refund so I waited for ten f****** days!!! And after waiting it didnt reflect on my account!! Then I followed up them regarding my refund and they told me that it was already processed but upon checking my account it didnt until now!!!! Theyre just telling me that they already processed it but when I check my account no refund was reflected on my account!! To paypro team if you have no plans on returning my money, then CHOKE WITH IT!!!!Update:I’ve waited for 15 days still ...
