Absolutely the worst experience I had…

Absolutely the worst experience I had with PayPal in my life ! I sold a phone through marketplace on fb and buyer send me money which next day I refunded to him ( through PayPal ) as transaction was not completed. PayPal put on hold money which buyer send me for at least 21 days - I refund buyers money and refund been pending and will clear in next 7 days. I just cannot believe it that in 2020 when transaction is cancelled and not taking place anymore you cannot just reverse transaction ...

Worst service by PayPal

Worst service by PayPal. They could not handle a dispute even-though seller sold a fraud product. Customer Service no response at all even I sent a message as prescribed in their automated response. Their automated response is very irritating.

PayPal is Useless

PayPal is junk!!! I disputed a transaction and after 3 months with no help from PayPal I contacted my credit card company. The item was given a bullsh”t tracking number and PayPal still did nothing . PayPal just keep pushing the dispuit date back and not doing there part to look into or refund me for an item I didn’t receive. I thought that was the purpose of PayPal but I guess not! I suggest not using PayPal. I’m sure a lot of others feel the same since PayPal stock has dropped ...

Only giving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. It is completely impossible to communicate with PayPal. They won’t take your call and blame COVID. They have an incompetent offshore message centre that cannot understand or chose to not understand simple requests. My advise - don’t use them. If you use your credit card at least you can talk to someone at your bank. PayPal is an absolute joke!

Absolutely disgusting service from a dreadful company, purchased a new pair of rare trainers from eBay, never wore them etc , had them up for sale on StockX , they eventually sold a couple months later and went for StockX verification , they failed , I apparently purchased fake goods off eBay , made a case with eBay and PayPal and in the end they refused my case as it’s been a couple of months since I purchased the trainers off eBay, not only have I lost £165 the eBay seller gets away Scot ...

I was sent 250$ 7days ago and it is still pending. Every time I want to accept the money it just refreshes the page. I tried every possible solution on the internet and nothing works. Tried contacting the customer service. They replied giving me a number for English speakers. I then tried to chat in German. I got no reply since.
