Please Understand

I have been on the phone with a rep for at least 30 minutes explaining to him that I did not subscribe to a company on June 8,2020 and the payment that was processed on Nov.4,2020 should not have been authorized. Now just because it says I subscribed, he says it is authorized even though I did not authorize the subscription just like I did not authorize the payment. Paypal is one of the worse costumer…

Paypal is one of the worse costumer service companies ever. They don't care about the buyer protection and interest. I was just scammed £25. A product that I've been wanting since September in which arrived something else 2 weeks ago. And they denied my claim of refund. I'm thinking to open a company to compete with PayPal when it comes to real costumer service and investigation of scam companies.

Due reclami , una mancata consegna del prodotto e un'altra consegna di una patacca al posto del prodotto pagato risolto da PayPal a favore dei venditori truffaldini.E' così che si tutelano i clienti?

Cliente PayPal da vari anni ultimamente ho avuto due esperienze purtroppo negative.Aquistato con garanzia PayPal da due siti cinesi due prodotti.Uno non è mai arrivato,l'altro è stato sostituito da una patacca,.PayPal alla fine ha chiuso a favore dei venditori truffaldini.Non è corretto tutto ciò ,per cui da oggi farò a meno di usare questo metodo di pagamento ,alla pari di altri onesti clienti che si sono affidati al non più affidabile PayPal
