So far okay not the best. But can improve.

We have been part of Payop for the last two months and they have been okay so far. The customer service is fantastic and that’s due to us having one of the best kind and a helpful account manager Vlad Liskov. He has made our lives easy. But the concern we have is the high exchange rate that we are charged. My project was approved very quickly…

My project was approved very quickly (2-3 days) and PayOp (Anastasia specifically) have helped me set up and enable new payment methods.They have been responsive when it comes to support (Skype). I was a bit skeptical about my customers adoption rate for the new payment methods but apparently the additional payment methods are used by my clients.UPDATE 06.07.2020:Recently something changed with PayOp. Good start, okay over the time, only troubles now.

I started using PayOp in january 2020 on my website dedicated to sell softwares and designs. At the beginning PayOp looked like a good buisness partner. They had lot of payment processor to offer. My account and project got verifed quickly and i started coding a plugin for Invision Community. The support at this time was good. Заблокировали вывод и игнорируют

Опять какие-то проблемы, заблокировали и отменили вывод, просят какую-то информацию за 5 платежей с Alipay, причем 1 из них у них даже не прошел.А по описанию и URL подключенного у них проекта, будто не понятно что к чему.Вроде будни дни а служба поддержки молчит по этому поводу, могли бы и ответить разъяснить причину, а теперь сидеть без выводов и инфы какое-то время.Игнорируют уже 2ю неделю, вывод отключили.UPD: Проблему решили, вывод разблокировали. Посмотрим что будет дальше.

Good place for high-risk industries. Their decisions sometimes are just a little bit odd, however, they are constantly improving (which is good).
