I had a huge problem with PayPal…

I had a huge problem with PayPal payments and with the fast response from the technical guys in PayOp, i received a guide on how to fix the problem. Everything is working fine now and i highly suggest to go with PayOp if you need an online payment processor!

Например:– На некоторые вопросы (тикеты) 2 месяца отвечают "Спасибо за терпение, мы работаем над Вашим вопросом". – А в один из прекрасных дней 4 мгновенных чарджбэка со списанием с нас штрафа более 10к рублей на ровном месте! Missing around 2000 euros of my money, got no update of support, messages ignored?

On 23.05 around 2000 euros was taken from my payop reserve, contacted support multiple times via skype and email, got no answer what happened. Currently, I have 1 refund issued in the last 6 months and 0 chargebacks.A ticket is still marked as, In progress, here is the last message I have received of support (Hello there,Sorry for delays.We have forwarded your request to the relevant department, kindly wait for an update.Best regards ) on 01 June, but by this date, I got no updates ...

Very useful payment getaway for freelancers

We have PayOp now about 6 months in…

We have PayOp now about 6 months in operation and are so far quite satisfied. Our only criticism are the high chargeback fees. We always got a very quick answer from our account manager Anastasia. Also the implementation went without problems, but we would still like to see a separate transaction state callback for chargebacks. All in all Payop is highly recommendable.
