[Edited] My account was blocked
Account was successfully unblocked and approved after contacting Payoneer Customer Care. It took a couple of days to solve the issue but it is worth it. Still need to solve the receiving account issue in order to gain full access and order Payoneer Master Card. Thank you so much

resolved issue
resolved issue. I just wish that when senders send their payment, there's not much verification needed as the payment gets delayed. The first one was cancelled because my client was busy enough and unable to send his ID for verification. no i have to wait again for them to resend the payment.
