Refund of Annual Fee
I am a newbie in freelancing world. So I was frustrated when Payoneer deducted an annual fee in my account. But it's a blessing that I've saw an article about the refund if you are a newbie. So I decided to ask the Customer Service. They didn't hesitate to help me and gave me my refund! Kudos Payoneer!

Amazing Customer Service
Hi, After long time I have tried to attempt to restore my dormant account and as usually forgot my security questions. I have applied to reset the password and within three working days my issue has been resolved. Great experience so far
