I lost my phone, and my SIM card was on my grandfather's number. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us, so I was unable to log in to my Payoneer account because the two-step verification code was sent to that number. The Payoneer team helped me reset my two-step verification, and now my account is working. Thank you, Payoneer team!

Recently signed up for payoneer to receive payments. There was confusion as I’m British residing in Bulgaria so the passport was declined. After speaking to Jhay, they were amazing and within an hour I was up and running. Thank you for your amazing service and please thank Jhay for me.
