Easy reach to customer care team
This is first time I got proper and prompt answer from Payoneer. In my opinion there should be a direct user friendly option to contact customer care team either by Chat, whatsapp or by a form without going to FAQs option

Payoneer is my favorite online transaction method
Payoneer is the best website for online money transfer and my favorite transaction method to buy any digital goods, services, and subscriptions. The website is easy to sign up and only takes a short time to verify the identity of the account holder. They follow all the necessary steps but simple way to verify freelancer's identity. In addition the transaction process has taken a short period of time, mostly 2 to 3 days.
