I am completely satisfied with how they handled my issue. All the support staff were professional, kind, and empathetic in resolving customer issues in a timely manner. I had my issue resolved within a week after sending the required documents and I was able to regain access to my account. Note: I forgot my password. So Thank You Payoneer

My payoneer account was blocked two weeks back. After that I requested to open my blocked account. And after an internal review by the payoneer team, my payoneer account was re-opened/unblocked. During this time, I have had several back and forth messages with customer care team. They were very cooperative, friendly.
