Got my issue resolved very quickly
My 300$ were stucked in pending due to my id verification. When my id approved it almost goes two days and still i did not get my 300$ in my balance. So i chat with payoneer live chat and a great assistant ( PAULO ) came and helped me until i get my balance in my account. Thanks to PAULO. Really great guy.

Excellent customer service
The customer service team worked really hard and quickly to resolve an issue that I was having with my account and my Payoneer card. I interacted with different customer service reps but the service was always empathetic and they always did their best and tried to follow up.I respect that. Thank you!

My request was answered in less than 3 minutes and my issue was resolved almost instantly by McKinly support agent. Im very happy with Payoneer and been using it for almost 6 years and their custommer support is the best!
