Has Payoneer Stepped Up Their Customer Service Game?
I've left a very harsh (and yet accurate and honest) rating here about Payoneer's customer service in the past. However, I'm pleased to say that they've really stepped up their game in this department. In a recent query, I received a prompt response that was polite and helpful. Nothing ... NOTHING beats customer care from actual human beings (not AI, not articles on the internet). The human touch simply cannot be replicated or done away with.
