Enabling payment request service
I was expecting payments from a company and it didn't come through. Reached out to payoneer customer care via email, was told the request payment service was disabled because I hadn't received payments recently (over six months). This was a bit confusing as I did receive payment during that period. A Customer care agent, Polina explained what the issue was and answered some of my questions. Turns out payoneer has partners you can receive payments from even though the request service payment ...
