I am a Payoneer client since 2011. They always offered a very fantastic service except the on-going problem of updating the Card provider. My USD balance was blocked on 18 feb 2021. I tried to contact many times the support & all i have to do is wait. Finally they approved the Invoice today! & asked for national ID which is also approved. I contacted Support & they asked me to wait 1-3 more days to get the balance Enabled. I know Payoneer is suffering from huge queries! & i appreciate their ...

I'm incredibly satisfied by payoneer customer care, I lost my old number and couldn't access my account for days then when I contacted payoneer customer care they resolved this issue fast.
