Payoneer is a great service which is not comparable with other fin techs. My advice for having a great experience is: -use the chat for problems instead of writing mails -be persistent in your demands I spent a fair amount of time trying to register myself on Payoneer as a freelancer in a country where I live currently but have no legal documentation yet (ID, passport or any contract that proves my address to get the physical card). Every issue I had was very fast solved. At the moment I have an issue with online payment, but probably it is not on Payoneer side. So the support, chat and phone calls works perfectly.
