Payoneer helped me log back in 2 my account fast
I would like to thank the Payoneer team, for there patience in helping me log back on to my account! I had changed my phone number, without updating in my account, then couldn't log in but thanks there customer support, I was able to get back in my account and upload my Tax documents, so I continue to receive my payments, truly thank you for your help and for helping feed my family, Happy Holidays to the Payoneer team!

Customer support is getting amazing year after year. I remember that 5 years ago, I had to wait like a week to get response but this time I got response in just 12h and resolved the issue

Care about clients
Most of us understand how frustrating it can be to have login issues. However, Payoneer agents were quick to respond and showed their willingness to assist. It's always comforting to know that there are understanding and helpful people out there who genuinely care about their clients.
